Approach I practice humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, drawing on existential therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques. My approach to therapy is based on radical acceptance and radical inclusion, creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgement. Together, our work focuses on your unique story, strengths, and potential for growth, as meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and accepted.
