I provide individual Counselling and Psychotherapy to clients in-person and / or online, facilitating their journey of healing and personal development.

I am a BSc L8 graduate from PCI College, Dublin & Middlesex University, London; and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I am an integrative therapist, focusing on a blend of Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches in therapy. I have experience of working with issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, anger, stress and self-esteem.

I will provide a safe and confidential therapeutic space where you will be supported in finding ways to deal with emotional, personal, social and psychological issues.

I work with clients dealing with issues such depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, anger, stress and self-esteem.

Previously, I worked for a number of years with ISPCC Childline. I also have 15 years' experience working in financial consulting and advising.
