Hello! My name is Laura, and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) integrative psychotherapist with over two years of clinical experience. After spending eleven years working—and navigating the pressures—of the big tech corporate world for companies such as Amazon, I made a bold career change to pursue my true passion for mental health. Because of this background, I have a firsthand understanding of the unique mental health struggles this environment can create, such as anxiety, stress, and burnout. However, you don't need to be dealing with work-related issues to benefit from therapy; often, professional stress is merely the surface layer of deeper underlying patterns, self-esteem struggles, or family dynamics.
My approach to psychotherapy is a collaborative and compassionate process where we work together to explore these patterns and past experiences that may be impacting your present relationships with yourself and others. Whether you are navigating life abroad, self-doubt, or relational challenges, I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you feel supported and understood, allowing for healing and growth.
If you’re ready to begin your transformative inner journey, I would be honored to walk beside you. Together, we can create meaningful change and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) APCP pre-accredited psychotherapist with extensive 1:1 clinical experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and professional transitions. Holding a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy from ICHAS and a 4-year Psychology degree, my background includes working as a trainee psychologist in an addictions centre—facilitating workshops, group therapy, and client assessments—complemented by 11 years of corporate HR experience at global technology companies like Amazon.
Approach I practice from a depth-oriented integrative framework, moving beyond surface-level symptom management to explore what is underlying and sustaining the symptom. By weaving together multiple therapeutic modalities, we work collaboratively to uncover root causes, untangle deep-seated patterns, and create profound, lasting transformation rather than temporary relief.

FAQs
How long is a session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are weekly, because that consistency is what allows the deep work the therapeutic process requires. Over time, as the process evolves, we can adjust the frequency.
Does online therapy work as well as in-person?
Yes. Evidence shows equivalent results, and online therapy also has real advantages: you can do it from your own safe space, save commuting time, fit sessions into demanding schedules and keep continuity even if you travel or move cities.
In which languages do you offer sessions?
I am a bilingual therapist offering sessions in English and Spanish.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Yes, in Capel Street, Dublin 7 (D07 FY71)
What do I need for an online session?
A quiet place where you won't be interrupted, a good connection and headphones if possible. I send you the link by email before each session.
How long does the therapeutic process take?
The duration depends on each case; it cannot be determined in advance. I work from a depth perspective, so it isn't a short-term therapy, but we will review your process together regularly.
