I’m an art therapist offering creative interventions for life's challenges. You may be coming to therapy because life feels difficult or painful right now. We all have unique life experiences. Sometimes we need help making sense of those experiences and other times there are no words.
Art therapy combines the creative process with psychological support to help people express feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
