About

I offer a warm, confidential space where you can slow down, be heard, and explore whatever is bringing you to counselling at this time. People come to therapy for many reasons — feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, disconnected, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of themselves.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe meaningful change grows from a trusting relationship where you feel safe to speak openly, at your own pace. Together we explore your experiences with care, making sense of patterns, emotions, and relationships, and supporting clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.
