Approach My approach is integrative (including CBT) & humanistic, operating with a person-centered orientation. I have experience supporting adults dealing with a range of difficulties including: Anxiety, Stress, Anger, Depression, Grief, Bereavement/ Loss, Self-esteem, Relationships, Attachment, Life Changes, Psycho-sexual problems, Addiction, Trauma, in a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment which offers both safety and confidentiality.
I also work with those who choose to attend counselling or psychotherapy without having a specific problem or issue, but rather because they wish to pursue their own Personal Development work in the hope of achieving more of their potential so as to live life in a more meaningful and fulfilling way. Personal empowerment and focus on the person’s inner wisdom, individual freedom, and self-responsibility are central elements in his approach.
