Hello, and welcome. My name is Sarah, and I am a pre-accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.
I work with adults experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, recognising that every person’s experiences are unique. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring what has brought you to therapy, increasing self-awareness, developing healthy coping strategies, and helping you move towards the life you want to live.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I understand how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. My aim is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. Whether you’re navigating a difficult period in life or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification I hold a Level 8 Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am currently completing the final year of a Level 9 Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continuously expanding my knowledge and skills to provide safe, ethical, and evidence-informed support. My training has equipped me to work with a range of presenting concerns while providing compassionate, client-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Experience
4+ years in Psychotherapy
I have experience supporting individuals in both community and therapeutic settings, including working within addiction services where I supported clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Alongside my counselling work, I run my own wellness business, where I have spent several years supporting people in improving their overall wellbeing through a compassionate, client-centred approach. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships, work collaboratively with clients, and tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
Approach My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing primarily on Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a person-centred approach, I will work alongside you at your own pace, while incorporating CBT techniques to help identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, develop practical coping strategies, and support meaningful, lasting change. My approach is always tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
