About

I am a psychotherapist with a humanistic and integrative approach, dedicated to supporting self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth. I hold a Higher Diploma and Master’s in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore thoughts and emotions. I support those facing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions, using a trauma-informed, collaborative, and compassionate approach.
I believe that each person has the capacity to grow, heal, and find greater balance in their life. My integrative approach draws on a variety of therapeutic methods and evidence-informed techniques, combining humanistic principles with tools from different psychotherapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs.
I work collaboratively with clients to support self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment. I value the therapeutic relationship and its role in supporting trust, safety, and change. My goal is to ensure clients feel respected, supported, and understood throughout therapy.
