About
I'm a counsellor who works with both neurodivergent and neuro typical clients, and at the heart of my work is creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and able to be themselves. I know that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, so I aim to make the process feel as comfortable and human as possible. My approach is warm, flexible, and neurodiversity- informed. I don't believe in a one size fits all way of working, and I'm mindful that everyone experiences the world differently. Whether someone is neurodivergent or neurotypical, I work at their pace and in a way that feels right for them, not what therapy is supposed to look like.
I've worked in a range of different settings, including schools, private practice, mental health charities, and community organisations. This experience has helped me develop a grounded ,practical understanding of mental health, family dynamics, and the everyday challenges people face. I've supported individuals through mental health recovery, worked with families in the community, and facilitated supportive group spaces, always with a focus on compassion, respect and collaboration.
I see counselling as a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and empathy here to walk alongside you as you make sense of what's going on and find ways forward that feel manageable and meaningful for you.
