Experience2+ years in Psychotherapy
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with experience supporting adults with a range of things - curiousity, overthinking, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-worth, identity, life transitions, chronic illness, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, person-centred and relational, informed by attachment theory, neurobiology, nervous system regulation, and trauma- and shame-aware perspectives.
Before training as a therapist, I spent more than 10 years working in talent advisory and recruitment across agency and global organisations, including LinkedIn, Workday and Logitech. This experience gives me a strong understanding of workplace pressures, professional identity, confidence, career transitions and the challenge of balancing work with the wider demands of life.
I bring these different strands of experience together to offer a thoughtful, collaborative and grounded therapeutic space.
Approach Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from different therapeutic perspectives to support each person's process in a way that aims to feel meaningful, respectful, and relevant to them.
My approach is informed by person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, neurobiology, and body-informed perspectives. Grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored individually.
My perspective has also been shaped by experiences beyond formal psychotherapy training. Alongside my academic and clinical education, I have trained in coaching, women's yoga, and explored a range of approaches focused on self-awareness, embodiment, and personal development.
While these modalities do not form part of my psychotherapy practice, they have deepened my appreciation for the complexity of human experience and the importance of approaching therapeutic work in a way that honours the whole person.
I support adults experiencing a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, chronic illness, neurodivergence and the impact of early experiences.
