I have a particular interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals within LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, providing an affirming and inclusive space where all aspects of identity are respected and understood.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and humanistic therapies. This allows me to adapt the work to best support each client’s unique needs—whether that involves exploring thought patterns, working with the body, or deepening emotional awareness.
As a therapist, I value authenticity, honesty, and genuine human connection. I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns at their own pace. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, recognising that no two people experience life in the same way.
