While I do not offer direct billing, I provide a formal receipted invoice after each session. You can submit these receipts directly to your insurer via their app or member portal to claim back the portion of the fee covered by your specific policy. I recommend checking your table of benefits under 'Psychology' or 'Outpatient Mental Health' to confirm your exact level of coverage.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I am a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). This status is the gold standard for practitioners in Ireland, ensuring that my training, ethics, and ongoing professional development meet the highest regulated standards.

Academic Background:

MSc in Neuropsychology: This specialized training gives me a deep understanding of the relationship between the brain and behavior, allowing me to support clients with a "neuro-lens."

BSc. (Hons) in Psychology: My foundational training in the core principles of human behavior and mental health.

Specialized Clinical Training:
Beyond my degrees, I have completed advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic models, including:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
Experience
3+ years in Integrative Therapist
I have over three years of experience working in both busy clinics and fast-paced corporate environments.
I understand both the deep, personal side of mental health and the high-pressure reality of modern work life.

Approach Because no two people are the same, I don't use a "one-size-fits-all" method. Instead, I use an Integrative Approach. This means I have a "toolbox" of different evidence-based therapies, and we choose the tools that make the most sense for your unique life.

The tools I often use include:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): To help you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy): To help you find balance and manage intense emotions or stress.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): To help you stop struggling with things out of your control and start moving toward what truly matters to you.

How we work together:
Our sessions are a collaboration. You are the expert on your life, and I bring the psychological expertise to help you make sense of it. We will work together to:

Understand the "Why": Gently looking at the patterns or experiences that have brought you to where you are now.

Focus on the "How": Developing practical, real-world strategies to help you navigate your day-to-day life with more ease.

Find Your Balance: Helping you move at your own pace toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Fees & Availability

Standard 60-minute sessions are €80.
