I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents, offering a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person is unique, and that therapy should reflect this. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives—including humanistic and cognitive approaches—to support each individual’s needs, goals, and personal history.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, addiction, self-esteem, and life transitions. Alongside this, I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents as they navigate the complexities of growing up, helping them make sense of their emotions, relationships, and sense of self in a rapidly changing world.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental, where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term exploration, I will work alongside you to better understand patterns, build resilience, and support meaningful change.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. I welcome you to get in touch for an initial conversation, where we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Experience
3+ years in Integrative Therapist
For over 2 years I worked in a family resource centre. There I supported my clients in dealing with a variety of issues like addiction, overwhelming stress, anger and rage, anxiety, communication within marriage, family estrangement, divorce, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, severe childhood experiences, traumas and others. We went through whatever bothered my clients together. I watched them grow and thrive again. It's possible.
Approach I am an integrative psychotherapist. In my approach I apply various models of psychotherapy to suit my client's individual needs. Most importlantly, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore any issues that you are currently going through. In my work I focus on building an enriching therapeutic relationship in which you will have freedom to explore your feelings, find a way to discover your true self and grow. You will be met with empathy and a lack of judgement. You will be heard and seen as a complete human being.
