About

I am a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College. I’m dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I believe that with the right conditions and a compassionate presence, we all have the inner capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves. My approach is integrative and rooted in person-centred principles, guided by empathy, authenticity, and respect. Alongside this foundation, I draw from cognitive and behavioural awareness, attachment-focused therapy, IFS (parts work), and somatic-based elements to help you reconnect with your body through breath and gentle awareness. I have experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and a wide range of emotional and life difficulties. I understand that these struggles often reflect deeper experiences and stories, and I aim to create a space where you can explore these with safety and curiosity. My therapeutic presence is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I walk beside you rather than directing the path, supporting you as you discover your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy awarded by Middlesex University
Experience
1+ years in Psychotherapy
I completed my psychotherapy training and qualified in June, after working with clients since 2023 as part of my clinical placement. This experience allowed me to work closely with a wide range of clients while being fully supported and supervised in line with IACP guidelines for supervision and codes of ethics. This helped me develop a grounded, compassionate, and confident therapeutic style while also allowing me to work with a variety of different clinical presentations.
Approach My approach is gentle, collaborative, and integrative. I work from a person-centred foundation, creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore your experiences at your own pace. I weave in IFS (parts work), somatic awareness, and attention to behavioural patterns to help you understand what’s happening inside—both emotionally and physically. Together, we look at what feels overwhelming, what feels stuck, and what your body and inner parts may be holding. My focus is on helping you build self-awareness, ease anxiety, strengthen self-worth, and make sense of past experiences so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in tune with yourself.
