About

My name is Sean Masterson, and I am a counsellor and psychotherapist offering low-cost, online therapy. I hold an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology and a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with training in integrative modalities.

My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person. I draw from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and existential therapy to name a few. The approach depends on each client’s needs and goals.

I work with adults online, offering a reflective and supportive space to explore experiences such as stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, personal growth, and much more other potential challenges.

Alongside one-to-one therapy, I also offer online psychoeducational wellbeing workshops focused on areas such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, boundaries, stress, and self-compassion.

I am a pre-accredited psychotherapist member of APCP and currently offer sessions online only.
