About
Ava Fennessy counsellor Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and reaching out isn't always easy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, you're welcome here. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore whatever is on your mind at a pace that feels right for you. As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, my approach is person-centered and tailored to your individual needs.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and ADHD. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and work towards meaningful change
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am pre-accredited with the IACP. I offer both in-person sessions in Dublin city centre and online therapy across Ireland. If you're considering therapy, I invite you to get in touch for an initial consultation to see if we're the right fit.
