Approach My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models which are chosen to suit the client's needs at any one point in time.
At the heart of my work is a person-centred and client-led philosophy — you are the expert on your life, and therapy unfolds at your pace. My role is to provide a calm, secure, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely.
Once that foundation of trust is built, I integrate elements from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy, depending on what feels most helpful. Each session is a collaboration, rooted in respect, empathy, and genuine care.
