About

I am a passionate psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and additional training in Criminal Psychology. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people challenge unhelpful thoughts, manage anxiety, and build a healthier relationship with themselves.

I strongly believe in the mind–body connection. Physical exercise, movement, and lifestyle play a key role in reducing anxiety, balancing cortisol levels, and improving emotional well-being. I often integrate this awareness into therapy, encouraging clients to see healing as a holistic journey.
Outside of my professional work, I love traveling and exploring different cultures, which has taught me to value openness, adaptability, and human connection. These experiences enrich my practice and allow me to meet clients with curiosity and empathy.

Experience

For the past two years, I have been working as a psychotherapist, supporting individuals facing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and the lasting effects of domestic violence. In my practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a holistic perspective that considers both mind and body.

My background also includes specialized courses in Criminal Psychology, which provide me with a deeper understanding of complex human behaviors and the impact of difficult environments. This knowledge has been especially valuable when working with clients who have experienced violence, emotional abuse, or high-conflict situations.
Approach My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based method that helps identify and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns. By bringing awareness to these thoughts and replacing them with more balanced perspectives, clients can reduce anxiety, build confidence, and experience lasting change.

I also believe in the mind–body connection: the way our emotions and stress can show up physically, and how practices such as movement, breathwork, and lifestyle awareness can support healing. When appropriate, I integrate this awareness into therapy, encouraging clients to take care of both their mental and physical well-being.
