Rita Has an expensive experience in working with childhood adversity, trauma and complicated grief that often manifests with a loss of a loved one, separation, miscarriage etc. with symptoms such as persistent longing for the deceased, difficulty accepting the loss, depression, anger, identity confusion, or avoidance of reminders. Rita supports the client to make sense of their adverse experiences, process intense feelings, address negative thought patterns and guide in rebuilding life goals.
Her aim is to offer a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their inner world at their own pace.
