Experience

Psychotherapy for 2 years

Rita Has an expensive experience in working with childhood adversity, trauma and complicated grief that often manifests with a loss of a loved one, separation, miscarriage etc. with symptoms such as persistent longing for the deceased, difficulty accepting the loss, depression, anger, identity confusion, or avoidance of reminders. Rita supports the client to make sense of their adverse experiences, process intense feelings, address negative thought patterns and guide in rebuilding life goals.
Beyond her therapy practice, Rita’s background as a social care worker, along with her experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner, has deepened compassion and understanding of the human experience. No matter where you are on your path, you don’t have to walk it alone—Rita is here to support you by working at your pace to build a trusting, supportive, and confidential space together.
