Hi, I am Janet. I hold a BSc in Psychology and am a certified Life Coach. I am currently also a trainee Psychotherapist committed to providing a safe and supportive space for self-exploration, personal growth, and emotional well-being. I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective, I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual, drawing on a range of approaches to best support your unique journey. I have completed training in safeTALK and Suicide Prevention Skills through LivingWorks and The Oasis Centre and have also completed training in Neurodiversity in the Therapy Room. My practice is grounded in compassion, presence, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. I can also help ex pats who are seeking English-speaking therapists.
I am currently a fourth year Masters student in Counselling and Psychotherapy (accredited by IAHIP), due to complete in November 2025. I also hold a BSc in Psychology and a certificate in Life Coaching. I have been working with clients as part of my training for almost 2 years now. I have been trained in Suicide Prevention and Neurodivergence in the Therapy Room.
