About Me

I run my own psychotherapy practice in Ireland for multicultural groups and their needs. I use a variety of techniques, from existentialism to the humanistic framework, to implement the best therapeutic approach for you. I am combining theory with practice in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but not only. Integral psychotherapy is familiar to me and is activated during therapeutic work.

My practice of psychotherapy is supervised by regular supervision and professional improvement through additional courses, symposia and creative work on the website. Access to articles and other information at the bottom of the page.

If you are wondering what modality i use in my practice, the answer is. I am a psychotherapist who working in the humanistic and existential approach. I dont deal with psychoanalysis or hypnosis because I dont know too much about it. And is not my core training.

I am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy(IACP). I have decent years of experience working as a social worker in the mental health sector, where I gained experience working with people in need. I have participated in many projects that have helped other people achieve their goals. Including managing key issues in their lives.

I will try to do my best to make the therapy fruitful, but do not forget that you are an important part of this process.

I deliberately do not use nouns like client or patient in my description. For me, you are an individual, a person, a person who needs help, without putting on words, stickers or hospitalization.
A large percentage of people attending therapy returned to normal in their own lives without the medical signature of depression, disorders, etc. stigmas, although it is possible that people suffer from serious clinical disorders and depression or post-traumatic stress may be one of such disorders.

Experience

Integrative Counselling for 9 years

I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) with extensive experience providing counselling and psychotherapy services in both English and Polish. My practice is rooted in the humanistic and existential approaches, with a deep commitment to ongoing professional development, including regular supervision, additional training, symposia, and creative exploration.

With over a year of experience as a Social Care Worker in the Mental Health and Homelessness sectors, I bring a diverse background to my therapeutic work. I have also contributed to various projects designed to help clients achieve their personal goals, particularly those from multicultural backgrounds, adjusting my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including existentialism, psychoanalysis, and short-term methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients. My experience also includes working with clients affected by brain injuries and those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Recently, I earned the recognized Certificate for ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), expanding my ability to support clients with ADHD.

For the past two years, I have also been practicing as a Family Therapist, focusing on creating healthier family dynamics and improving communication. My goal is to offer compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to each person’s individual needs, avoiding labels and stigmas that may be associated with mental health.

Many of my clients have found meaningful improvement in their lives, often returning to normalcy without the weight of medical diagnoses or societal stigmas. My commitment is to make therapy a fruitful, empowering experience, where each person is treated with dignity and respect.
