I am an accredited practitioner. I offer a safe, reflective space where someone can explore their feelings securely. I assist people who are dealing with life stresses such as anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I support them in their journey of increased self understanding and healing.
I help people build tools of resilience that provide a structure in how they manage overwhelm in their daily lives. They are supported with compassion and encouraged to explore their feelings and support needs. Building tools that are congruent to them in how they manage their distress.
