I’m an integrative psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute, currently working towards full accreditation.
I believe therapy works best when there’s a space where you can be completely honest without worrying about being judged. My aim is to create that kind of environment — somewhere you can talk openly about whatever is going on in your life, at your own pace.
My work is primarily person-centred, meaning I see you as the expert in your own life. Alongside that, I draw from psychodynamic ideas, body awareness, mindfulness, and psychosynthesis. This allows the therapy to adapt to you, rather than trying to fit you into a particular model.
People come to therapy for many different reasons — feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply. Whatever brings you, we can explore it together.

Approach I bring a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic modalities. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, but I also draw from a diverse toolbox that includes psychodynamic insights, bodywork techniques, mindfulness practices, and psychosynthesis. My approach pays particular attention to the therapist-client relationship, I first make sure this provides a safe and trusting place for which the client can freely explore their process.
