As a newly qualified therapist, I am eager to embark on the journey of supporting individuals through their personal growth and healing. With a Master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute (accredited by UCC), I bring a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic modalities. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, but I also draw from a diverse toolbox that includes psychodynamic insights, bodywork techniques, mindfulness practices, and psychosynthesis principles. Having accumulated over 200 hours of valuable work experience with Mind and Body Works Galway, I am well-versed in tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and find their unique path to healing and growth. I'm eager to connect with individuals who are seeking support and ready to embark on this transformative journey together.
I have over 200 hundred hours experiencing working with clients.

My approach pays particular attention to the therapist-client relationship, I first make sure this provides a safe and trusting place for which the client can freely explore their process.
