I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and teens from my practice in Citywest, Dublin. Being an Integrative Psychotherapist means that I tailor the approach based on the client’s needs. I also offer online (via zoom) and phone counselling.
I work with individuals, couples and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, suicide ideation, bereavement, relationship issues and anger management.
Are you finding it difficult to be present in your life? Are you feeling unhappy, stressed or overwhelmed? Have you gone through a loss or trauma and you are finding it hard to cope? Is your teenager showing signs of anxiety or depression? I provide an affordable, confidential and supportive counselling service for my clients. I work collaboratively with my clients to empower them to make positive change in their lives. I provide a safe space, free from judgment where my clients can come to talk and work through their issues. I understand the importance of a building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship where my clients can begin to heal. In order to support clients from anywhere, I also offer counselling via video chat (zoom) and by phone. What would it be like to let go of others expectations? What would it be like to learn to be kinder to yourself? What would it be like to live a more fulfilled and meaningful life? Talk therapies can help with this. Contact me for more information.
